11 Week Half Marathon Training Program

The 11 Week Half Marathon Training Program has been created for both seasoned veterans and novice runners. The two coached workouts per week and the detailed day-by-day training plan are designed to help you:

  • Get in running shape in a healthy, progressive way
  • Gradually build your base miles and fitness
  • Increase your speed through our speed/tempo workouts
  • Learn about the importance of stretching and cross training
  • Train with other runners of similar ability at a comfortable, conversational pace
  • Cross the line on race day!
